We at EV8Life use Full Spectrum Hemp Paste sourced from a reputable UK supplier, who are members of the Cannabis Trades Association. Our Hemp plants are gown without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilisers or harmful chemicals.

No – Due to the fact that staff at EV8Life have had no medical training we are unable to recommend any products for specific ailments or medical issues as legally Hemp/CBD products are classed as food supplements. Whatever the reasons for use we will always ask that you consult a doctor or your GP prior to use. Anyone selling CBD and encouraging you towards higher strength products should be viewed with caution as CBD is so expensive. We encourage all customers to start food supplementation in low formats first and increase the dose gradually.

Yes. We source our CBD oil from Hemp grown in farms in Europe. Yes! our Oil comes from hemp flowers grown legally on farms in the European Union. Hemp is legal to buy throughout the European Union. In other parts of the world the law can be less liberal so for that reason, regretfully, we don’t sell our products outside the EU.
We ship our products anywhere in the UK (including Ireland) or Europe, with the exception of Norway and Iceland (due to laws prohibiting sales of CBD).

Unsuccessful Card Payments
Debit and credit card payments can be unsuccessful for a number of reasons (see below for further detail). If you see an error message on your screen after you try to pay, or if we confirm your payment has not been successful, then you have not been charged.
Payment Declined – By Your Bank
The most common reason for an unsuccessful card payment is that your bank has declined it. It’s normal for them to stop a payment that they might perceive to be unusually large or to a new and unknown recipient – just in case.
The best way to resolve this is to give your bank a quick call, let them know it is you making this payment and that EV8Life is a trusted recipient. Once they’ve confirmed this, your next attempt should be successful.
3D Secure Verification Issue
If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.
If the issue persists, you can always make a bank transfer to us instead (if possible) or use an alternative card.
Some anti-virus or firewall software can affect card payments. With anti-virus software, please add EV8Life to the list of “safe merchants”. Please also make sure that any anti-virus or firewall software that you have installed will allow pop ups.
Your bank might stop your card payment if there isn’t enough money in your account or if you have a per-transaction limit. Other banks may treat card payments as cash withdrawals, meaning your cash withdrawal limit will apply.
To find out more or to adjust your limits, please get in touch with your bank. It can take some time for the changes to take effect, so we recommend paying by bank transfer or setting up a smaller transfer in the meantime.
In the majority of cases, card payments are unsuccessful due to one of the reasons above. If you see a more generic error message, the best option is to try an alternative payment method.

At EV8Life we only use natural flavours and colours in our products. Please check product ingredients for individual product details.
If we state our product is Vegan it contains no animal-based products including cochineal, shellac, bees wax, honey, dairy products, eggs, etc.
At EV8Life we take due care and attention to identify any allergens or the possibility of their use during the manufacture of our products, and the potential of cross contamination from shared production lines. Where possible, cross contamination is avoided through intense cleaning, product and equipment segregation but whenever there is a slight possibility, products will carry a statement highlighting the risk ‘May have come into contact with Dairy, Nuts & Peanuts’.

We do not advise anyone with a nut or Peanut allergy should consume our confectionery, chocolate or use any of our skincare products.
